Our Story

What started as a passion for exploration has grown into a mission to help others discover the world.

Quail Quest was born from a simple belief: travel should be transformative, not stressful. After years of working in the travel industry and experiencing firsthand how a well-planned trip can change perspectives and create lifelong memories, we decided to bring that expertise home to the Tri-Cities.

We chose the name "Quail Quest" as a nod to our Pacific Northwest roots. Like the California Quail that calls our region home, we believe in the value of community, family, and the journey itself—not just the destination.

Today, we're proud to serve families, couples, solo adventurers, and businesses throughout Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and beyond. Every trip we plan reflects our commitment to personalized service and our genuine love for travel.

Proudly Serving the Tri-Cities

We're not a faceless online agency—we're your neighbors. Our office is right here in the Tri-Cities, and we're invested in this community we call home.

Being local means we understand your needs. We know you might want to escape the summer heat with a beach getaway, or that winter is perfect for a tropical retreat. We're here when you need us, whether that's a quick phone call or a face-to-face meeting to plan your dream trip.

When you work with Quail Quest, you're supporting a local small business and getting service that only a neighbor can provide.
